The Franklin Regional Transit Authority is hiring for a 25 hour per week position in our customer call center (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm). The applicant must have a strong customer service background, be proficient with Word, Excel and other computer applications, possess a professional attitude have the ability to interact well with the public. Responsibilities will include answering phones, data entry, scheduling transportation, ticket sales, visitor reception and general office duties. Transit experience a plus.
