The FRTA will be modifying its fixed route schedules effective June 15, 2020. Please see our home page or look under schedules for the updated routes. If this change still impacts your transportation to an essential position, please call dispatch at (413) 773-8090 at extension 103.
The FRTA highly recommends and is requesting all customers to wear a medical or cloth mask to cover their mouth and nose, as recommended by the CDC, while onboard any FRTA vehicle.
We will also practice social distancing while riding on the bus and request you maintain space when seating. The number of passengers allowed on some vehicles may be restricted.
All riders are required to exit the bus at the end of the route or at your stated destination. You may not re-board the same bus/vehicle for a return trip. Multiple or consecutive round trips are not permitted and riders who appear to be loitering will be asked to de-board.
For your health and the health of others, if you are sick, have a cough, fever, or other COVID-19 symptoms, do not ride the FRTA bus.
